Welcome to CreaNova Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
CreaNova Studio provides 100% digital services, including:
Graphic Design
Photo & Video Editing
Website Design & Development
Digital & Creative Services
2. Payments
Projects require 50% upfront payment before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers project initiation, planning, and resource allocation.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project after work has started.
The initial 50% payment will not be refunded.
No further payments will be required if the project is canceled before completion.
4. Revisions
Each service includes up to 2 revisions.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
5. Deliverables
Clients receive final exported files only.
Source files (PSD, AI, project files, etc.) are available for an additional fee, depending on the service.
6. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service.
Estimated timelines are clearly stated on the Services page.
7. Results & Satisfaction
CreaNova Studio is committed to delivering high-quality, creative, and professional results.
While we ensure excellent execution, specific business or marketing results cannot be legally guaranteed.
8. Portfolio Rights
CreaNova Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. (The client can request confidentiality before the project begins.)
9. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use any delivered content for:
Illegal activities
Harmful, offensive, or unethical purposes
CreaNova Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if misuse is identified.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco, while allowing CreaNova Studio to operate and serve clients internationally.
11. Changes to Terms
CreaNova Studio may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
